Robert Kolden
President, Lead Installer
Since the early 1990’s, Robert has worked extensively with Milestone and Venetian Plasters, as well as his own custom mixes. He has worked in the construction field for over 30 years and attended School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a focus in Ceramics. Robert’s expert construction experience paired with his artistic background reflects Kolden Specialty Finishes' commitment to creating durable and long lasting finishes that are visually enticing and artistically applied.
During his “down time,” Robert is a river rafting guide and loves to travel. Robert has traveled extensively throughout Europe, South America, and Asia, always surrounding himself with the plethora of inspirational plasterwork each of these continents has to offer.
Kurt Foerster
Installer
Kurt has worked with Milestone for over 11 years. His degree from the Art Institute of Seattle and his own interest in painting and photography showcase the artistic passion he brings to each installation.
In his spare time Kurt enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Elizabeth Dennis
Installer, Decorative Restoration
Elizabeth has been installing Milestone Cement Plaster and Venetian Plasters in the residential and commercial market for over 13 years. She combines her knowledge of faux and fine art painting techniques with her knowledge of plastering, to create a wide variety of beautiful results.
Elizabeth also owns her own company, “Decorative Restoration.” This service allows homeowners to restore one of a kind antique tiles, old plaster finishes, art work, and other home details that cannot be purchased on the modern market, saving contractors and homeowner’s time and money otherwise spent re-doing entire projects.
